Cool and soothe your body and mind. This session includes an invigorating scalp massage with rosemary & eucalyptus hair oil. Ice roller to relieve heated muscle tension and magnesium cream for chronic pain. Cooling spa globes for the face and a spritz of rose face mist at the end, finishing with a deep breathing meditation leaving you relaxed, centered, and refreshed.

Energize and Uplift your body with a lymphatic massage enhanced by hot towels and dry brushing to stimulate circulation. Essential oils and a scalp massage with orange , lemongrass, or grapefruit to refresh your mood. This massage will leave you feeling light, energized, and uplifted.
